From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. The property itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of luxury and charm. The dining experience was exceptional—breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The spa and wellness facilities provided the perfect retreat after exploring Engelberg, offering true relaxation and rejuvenation.

From the moment of check-in, they went above and beyond to make every moment perfect and memorable. Especially the service chef of the restaurant took such special care of us during dinner and breakfast, even arrange a flan for us to take home from breakfast. Speaking of which, massive compliments to the kitchen for that one, everyone should try it!

The hotel is very fresh and new - contemporary design of wood, steel and leather. Even Bang&Olufsen Beosound Balance is in the room! Also bear in mind amazing pillow menu.
